Unleash the Superpowers!

Women’s Health & Reproductive Mental Health
A woman's mental health shifts across every stage of life — adolescence, fertility and family planning, pregnancy and postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond — shaped by a complex interplay of biological, psychological, and social factors. Brain X Dynamics provides personalized, evidence-based psychiatric care to support women through all of it.
Our role: Dr. Alvarez provides the psychiatric and mental wellness side of your care — medication management, psychotherapy, coaching, and other evidence-based therapies tailored to what you're going through. For hormonal or reproductive treatment itself (hormone therapy, fertility procedures, gynecologic care), she collaborates with your OB-GYN, endocrinologist, primary care physician, or fertility specialist, so your mental health care and your medical care move forward together.
